The first vessel has successfully voyaged from the Uk to the Pacific. Developed from the RENEGADEs 37 & 53 as a fast steel sailing cruiser; round bilge construction with box form centre keel and skeg; choice of centre or cockpit aft cockpit; deep fin for performance or cruising fin keel, both with separate skeg and rudder combinations to suit individual requirements; even a pilot house; there are several variations. The box form allows space for the lead ballast and tankage, and is constructed to
allow for the odd grounding. Decks and superstructure are fabricated in modern style; cockpits are moderately deep and designed for safe operation with rounded corners and edges for comfort. Small capped bulwarks enhance the aesthetic appearance and provide that extra degree of safety. Cutter rig for performance, ease of handling and safety. Arrangements are based around a two stateroom system with social and areas working between.
