Worbash became a project to design a small boat suitable for long distance. live-aboard sailing for basically two people in comfort, to be constructed originally from timber, but to have G.R.P. options. Costs to be kept to a minimum commensurate with good practice. a choice of keel forms and keel materials. although the layout shown is for four, five could be
accommodated with slight changes. Accent is on liveability and safety. hence the deep cockpit, good sidedecks and 6″ bulwarks. Engine size recommended is 12hp – 20hp diesel.
